San Salvador, El Salvador- Carlos Melara, 45, carries jugs of water to his home in the San Antonio neighborhood where 28 houses (70 people) live without water,of San Salvador, El Salvador June 2018.

During the dry season, Melara makes 12 trips to the communal water tap and four in the rainy season when they collect rain water to use for cleaning and bathing.
